JAMIE OSBORNE & LEWIS SELBY COMPLETE THE NAPA RACING UK LINE-UP

NAPA Racing UK has completed its line-up for the 2025 MINI Challenge season after confirming the return of both Jamie Osborne and Lewis Selby.

The pair will be embarking on their third season as part of the NAPA Racing UK team and will take their places on the grid alongside newcomers Cam Richardson and Alex Solley – who step up from the JCW Sport and Cooper class respectively.

Osborne heads into the new season with his eyes firmly on the overall championship as one of the most experienced drivers on the grid, with 58 starts to his name since his JCW debut back in 2022.

Although unable to add his first win to the tally last season, Osborne was a constant presence towards the sharp end of the field with seven podium finishes, whilst he also picked up his maiden pole position at Croft.

A total of 14 top six finishes from 19 starts was an indication of Osborne’s consistency as he ended the campaign fourth in the standings, only missing out on the top three by nine points.

 

Selby enters his third year in the JCW class on the back of his strongest season to date in 2024, which included a stunning race win at Donington Park.

In tricky weather conditions during the opening meeting of the year, Selby gambled on tyres for the final race of the weekend and was rewarded in impressive fashion as he stormed through the grid to secure victory by the largest margin in JCW history.

Selby picked up a further four podium finishes during the season as he ended up seventh overall, whilst he was a dominant victor in the Directors Cup – where he took 15 class wins from 19 to secure the title.

Having taken huge strides forwards to be a regular contender towards the front of the pack, Selby will now look to challenge for more outright victories in 2025, with his focus on improving his championship finish and doing his part to aid NAPA Racing UK in the title race.

The first round for the expanded NAPA Racing UK line-up will come at Donington Park on the final weekend of April.
